We have just started reading a new class novel based upon the theme of migration. The story is about a family affected by civil war who undertake a hazardous journey to find a place of safety and love. 

เราเพิ่งเริ่มอ่านนวนิยายเรื่องใหม่ตามหัวข้อการเรียนเกี่ยวกับการย้ายถิ่นฐาน เป็นเรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับครอบครัวหนึ่งที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากสงครามกลางเมืองซึ่งต้องเดินทางเสี่ยงอันตรายเพื่อค้นหาสถานที่แห่งใหม่เพื่อความปลอดภัย


We are very excited about the new Science Lab and have been learning all about the important safety rules that we must follow. We are pleased to welcome Mr Ben, from MY, who will be joining our class for some Science and Maths lessons.

This week Mr Rob led an assembly about the PYP Learner Profile. Children from classes were nominated for displaying these attributes on a regular basis.

สัปดาห์นี้คุณร็อบเป็นผู้นำการประชุมเกี่ยวกับ PYP Learner Profile เด็กๆจากทุกๆชั้นเรียนได้รับการเสนอชื่อเพื่อรับใบประกาศในผู้ที่มีคุณสมบัติเหล่านี้




Noah won the award for being Open-minded and Rainer won the award for being  Knowledgeable.

โนอาห์ได้รับรางวัลในหัวข้อ Open-mindedและเรนเนอร์ได้รับรางวัลในหัวข้อ Knowledgeable






Here are spellings for this week. Because of the holiday, the test will be on Monday 26th October.  The sentences are also due on the same day.

 Two Special Days next week! สองวันพิเศษใน


  • On Thursday 29th October UDIS will celebrate Loy Kratong. Children and staff are encouraged to wear Thai costume. Children may wish to bring their uniform/house shirts to change into if they wish.

  • On Friday 30th October UDIS will have a Book Character/Halloween celebration. Children are invited to dress up as a favourite book character. Y5/5 will celebrate with a Bar BQ party during period 7, at the end of the day

  • ในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 29 ตุลาคม โรงเรียนของเราจะเฉลิมฉลองวันลอยกระทง นักเรียนและเจ้าหน้าที่ควร สวมชุดไทย เด็ก ๆ สามารถนำเสื้อนักเรียน / เสื้อเฮาส์ทีมมาเปลี่ยนได้หากต้องการ

  • ในวันศุกร์ที่ 30 ตุลาคม UDIS จะมีงาน Book Character / Halloween เด็ก ๆ จะได้รับเชิญให้แต่งตัวเป็นตัวละครในหนังสือเล่มโปรด Y5 / 6 จะเฉลิมฉลองด้วยปาร์ตี้บาบีคิวในคาบที่ 7 ในตอนท้ายของวัน
