First week back at school face to face

We are delighted to be back at school face to face again. We have done lots of catching up and are following closely our school guidelines to ensure the whole school community remain safe. Ms. Sanook is currently on medical leave but Ms. Amie, who has been helping us with our online learning, has joined us for the final two weeks of term. Next Tuesday, Year 6 will have a celebration of the completion of their PYPX and their time studying the PYP. In Y7, they will transfer to the MYP program. The children are currently making plans and it promises to be a fun and lively event. Sadly our Covid19 safety measures prevent us from inviting parents to this event.

Our classrooms have been set up to enable social distancing to operate. Masks are worn when in our classrooms, temperatures are monitored and hand sanitizer is in regular use.

This week we looked back on World Math's Day and the children received certificates to celebrate their success. We are also enjoying a new seating area on our covered verandah. Here, we also remain mindful of our Covis19 safety procedures.

สำหรับสัปดาห์นี้เราได้พูดถึงกิจกรรม World Math's Day และนักเรียนได้รับเกียรติบัตรเพื่อฉลองความสำเร็จในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม รวมถึงพวกเราเพลิดเพลินกับพื้นที่นั่งเล่นใหม่บนระเบียงในร่มแต่ยังคงคำนึงถึงมาตรการด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัยของ COVID-19 

Children all use hand gel as they enter school and at several times during the day.

It was great to be back in our Science Laboratory. Year 6 experienced a practical lesson which encouraged them to show some of the skills that they have developed.

We will be holding our End of the Year Show as an online event again this year. We have just finished recording our Year 6 contribution and hope you will be able to join us online next week when we go live.
